My Mondeo has the following problem : sometimes (usually when travelling on motorways/higher speeds) there will be a loss of power - the engine warning light starts flashing and I can't accelerate any faster than I am already travelling. The only way I have found to fix this is to pull over and restart the engine, then all is fine.
